Wellness Area
At Lysebu, tranquility, wellness, and nature blend seamlessly. In our wellness area, you can enjoy a swim in the pool, relax in the Nordic sauna, or have a great workout in our fitness room.
Adjacent to the wellness area, you’ll find a well-equipped fitness room featuring two treadmills, two spin bikes, a hyperextension bench, a modern multi-strength machine, resistance bands, kettlebells, mats, and dumbbells.
Our swimming pool is 16.7 meters long with a depth ranging from 0.9 to 1.8 meters and a consistent temperature of 28°C.
Lysebu’s in-house masseuse, Reidun Løvstuen, is a certified therapist with a Diploma from Axelsons Body Work School. Reidun offers classic massage, healing massage, and Reiki. Please contact the reception for bookings.
Dining
The foundation of Lysebu’s dining experience is Nordic cuisine, where chefs take pride in creating dishes using authentic, seasonal ingredients. The restaurant menus change with the seasons to offer you the best possible flavors.
The breakfast buffet at Lysebu is a feast, featuring high-quality, natural ingredients. Alongside traditional favorites, you’ll also find several homemade products, including honey, jams, and juices.
Beverages
Lysebu’s wine cellar has been recognized by Wine Spectator as one of the world’s best. The cellar, originally Lysebu’s old well, has been transformed into an ideal storage space for vintage wines. It now houses 3,000 bottles of top-quality wine.
Wine is not included but can be purchased separately.
